I am an IT technician with 5 years worth of IT experience supporting PCs and printers. In the time that I have worked with them, I have gained an extensive knowledge of the Windows operating system (XP, Vista, & Windows 7). I also enjoy experimenting with Linux, a free open source operating system that is a great (and free!) alternative to Microsoft’s Windows and Apple’s OS X operating systems, did I mention its FREE!
I am currently working full time as a desktop support technician for a local bank, but occasionally, I do freelance PC Tech work on the side.
